The Bigger Picture: Are your PT Series and NGRT scores typical following the disrupted learning of 2020?

We will be running two sessions on the day, one at 9:00 and at 15:30 GMT, please select in the form below which session you would like to attend. The session will run for 30 minutes with an opportunity to ask questions. 

To help schools evaluate their progress and attainment test scores in this unusual period, we have conducted additional analysis on the data from the PT Series (in English, maths and science) and NGRT assessments taken by schools in the Autumn term.

As we collectively look at the impact of COVID-19 on children’s learning, this session will provide school leaders with the first opportunity to put their school’s scores in context and to get a sense of which cohorts have performed better than others.

About the presenter: Bernadetta Bryzska,

Bernadetta Bryzska, Head of Research, GL Assessment. Bernadetta has worked in education for over 13 years. Her main experience in education research stems from six years at the National Foundation for Educational Research, working on developing assessments, national evaluations and international surveys. She has a BSc degree in Psychology and a Masters in Special and Inclusive Education. She has also worked internationally for Nord Anglia Education. She currently heads up research at GL Education, looking at new and exciting ways to use data from a host of assessment tools supporting schools in the UK and internationally.
