His proven track record in leading learning, effective self-evaluation, building high performing teams, change management and leadership development led him to his first International posting at BISS Puxi, Shanghai in 2017.
Jared holds a BSc (Hons) in ‘Psychology’, a PGC in ‘Child Forensic Psychology’ and a Master’s degree in ‘Leadership & Management’. During his tenure in the UK, he passed the competency based NPQH (National Professional Qualification for Headteachers) and became a qualified Estyn School Inspector.
