COVID-19: How we're supporting you

Following the recent developments surrounding COVID-19, we wanted to let you know how we can support you through this uncertain period.

Firstly, we’re still here. We appreciate you will have lots of decisions to make in school currently, and we would like to reassure you that we have continuity planning in place to ensure our service to you remains consistent over the coming weeks. We are very aware the situation is constantly changing, and want to work with you to minimise disruption.

We have a robust and secure infrastructure that allows remote access so that our team can work to support you. This is a key part of our contingency planning to mitigate risk to you, our customers, our employees and our partners. Our testing platform, Testwise, will also continue to be available during this period. Guidance will soon be available on how you can set up your pupils to take our assessments at home, should you need to do so.

Online training and support

Continued support for you and your team is an important aspect of what we offer as part of your subscription to our assessments. Is it possible to arrange for pupils to take assessments at home?

Yes, it is possible to administer digital assessments for pupils at home. We will be publishing more information shortly.

There is no one at my school to accept delivery, what can I do?

Contact our Customer Services team on 0330 123 5375 or by email:  who will work with you to find the best solution for your needs.

Can I reschedule my delivery?

Yes, our Customer Services team will be happy to help with this.

I need to place an order, can I delay delivery?

Yes, when placing your order please advise us of the date you would like to receive your delivery and we will adjust the shipping date to accommodate this.

Is the scoring service still available?

Yes we are still running this service, however we advise you to continue checking this page for any updates.

Is there currently a delay on turn around for results from paper tests?

Currently there is no delay and we are working to schedule. If this changes we will inform you directly.

Is the courier service still running?

Yes we use a number of different courier services to ensure service across the UK. If we are advised of any delays we will let you know.
